What is your refund/ returns policy? 

If you have received a faulty item/ wanting a refund or exchange please email poisontothebone@gmail.com ASAP with a photo of the item so it can be inspected.  

After photo inspection the result of refund/ exchange will depend on the item. Unfortunately for the printed vinyl crops and t-shirts, these are all hand made to order so unfortunately cant be refunded or exchanged.

Stock that has been screen printed/ DTG printed can be refunded/exchanged (within 30 days of receiving your order) Send us an email ASAP so we can get this sorted for you.  Postage will be at buyers expense if a refund/return is accepted. Refunds will only be issued after we have received the item/items and checked there has been no wear. 

Orders that are made with vinyl are all personalized to your order and made to the order, so we currently don’t offer returns on these specific products, but we do offer returns only if the item is faulty. As each item is personalized for your order, it’s always triple checked before it’s sent out. This is why there are unfortunately no exchanges/refunds on change of mind. Please email poisontothebone@gmail.com if your item is faulty with pictures and we will review your request. 

Jewellery (excluding earrings) can be exchanged/refunded (within 30 days of receiving your order) Postage will be at buyers expense if a refund/return is accepted. If sent back with signs of wear, your refund/exchange will not be processed. So make sure you have emailed us before sending it back. 

Once your return is received and inspected again, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and be sent back to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at poisontothebone@gmail.com 

Shipping Returns 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Shipping must include tracking. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.


What if I receive a faulty item? 

In the rare circumstance you received a defective or damaged item – I apologise in advance and will replace the piece as quickly as possible! ! Each piece is made with love and hard work from my home studio, always being triple checked before being sent out. 

If you need to return a piece please send me an email at poisontothebone@gmail.com with a picture of the faulty item, and I will get back to you as soon as i can. But please allow 1-3 business days for a reply.
